We willen je graag informeren over de maatregelen die Prodicom heeft genomen in verband met het coronavirus (COVID-19).
Getriggerd door de uitgebreide maatregelen die premier Mark Rutte op de persconferentie bekend maakte, heeft ons managementteam besloten om de eerder ontworpen veiligheidsmaatregelen in werking te stellen. Vanaf donderdag 12 maart 2020 tot nader order is de Prodicom hoofdvestiging gesloten en blijven de werknemers thuiswerken. We willen de continuรฏteit van de activiteiten en service aan onze klanten niet in gevaar brengen.
We zullen je informeren over eventuele verdere stappen, zoals vereist door de veranderende situatie.
Het door Prodicom gevolgde specifieke protocol is gebaseerd op de begeleiding van het RIVM. Wij vinden het erg belangrijk dat onze werknemers en gecontracteerde professionals de aangewezen richtlijnen volgen. Alle informatie is te vinden op de RIVM-website https://www.rivm.nl/coronavirus
Onze werknemers en professionals die op locatie bij de klant werken, dienen het protocol en de richtlijnen van de klant en het RIVM te volgen.
Hoewel er in onze organisatie geen infecties zijn gemeld, nemen we bij Prodicom alle nodige maatregelen om de continuรฏteit van de onze activiteiten te waarborgen. Onze volledige IT-infrastructuur is robuust en ontworpen om toegankelijk te zijn vanaf kantoor en andere locaties. Tijd- en plaats onafhankelijk werken is ons niet vreemd. Onze dienstverlening blijft doorgaan en we zullen maximaal inzetten op online samenwerking.
De gezondheid van iedereen om ons heen is nu het belangrijkst en we zetten maximaal in op de communicatie en op preventie: daarom worden onze kennissessies, evenementen en algemene groepsactiviteiten voor interne medewerkers, belanghebbenden en professionals tot nader order uitgesteld.
Neem bij vragen gerust contact met ons op via telefoon of e-mail. Jouw account en/of contractmanager bij Prodicom zijn er om je verder te helpen en om je vragen te beantwoorden.

Dear All,
We would like to inform you about the measures that Prodicom has taken in relation with the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Triggered by the comprehensive measures announced by Prime Minister Mark Rutte during the news conference, our management team has decided to implement the previously designed security measures. From Thursday 12 March 2020 until further notice, the Prodicom headquarters will be closed and employees will continue to work from home. We do not want to jeopardize the continuity of the activities and service to our customers.
We will inform you of any further steps required by the changing situation.
The specific protocol followed by Prodicom is based on the guidance of RIVM. We think it is very important that our employees and contracted professionals follow the appropriate guidelines. All information can be found on the RIVM website https://www.rivm.nl/coronavirus
Our employees and professionals working at the customer’s location must follow the protocol and guidelines of the customer and RIVM.
Although no infections have been reported in our organization, at Prodicom we are taking all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of our activities. Our entire IT infrastructure is robust and designed to be accessible from the office and other locations. Time and location independent method of work is familiar to us. We continue to provide our services and we will focus on online collaboration.
The health of everyone around us is now most important and we are committed to maximum communication and prevention: that is why our knowledge sessions, events and general group activities for internal employees, stakeholders and professionals are postponed until further notice.
